Micah Dirkers serves as Brokerage Manager at Rise North Capital, where he helps expand the firm’s capabilities so more families can access the life insurance protection they need—regardless of age, health history, or coverage goals.

With five years of industry experience, Micah specializes in simplified-issue and fully underwritten term life insurance, final expense, mortgage protection, indexed universal life, and fixed-indexed annuities. His mission is straightforward: ensure a client’s options do not end when one carrier says no. He equips agents with the strategies, technology, resources, and hands-on support they need to navigate complex cases and serve their clients with confidence.

Micah studied psychology and communications at Colgate University—a combination that has proven especially valuable in an industry built around people, thoughtful strategies, and more paperwork than anyone likes to admit.
